Important: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and SlotsPKR. Please read each section carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of SlotsPKR following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
General Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between SlotsPKR ("we", "us", "the platform") and you ("player", "user", "account holder") for all services provided through the SlotsPKR website at slotspkr.biz and any associated mobile interface. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any kind of bet or wager, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
SlotsPKR operates as an online betting and casino platform offering sports betting, PSL cricket betting, live casino games, crash games, virtual sports, and slot games to eligible players. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the default currency, and all amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and SlotsPKR. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise in a more specific policy.
Platform Language
SlotsPKR operates in English (en-PK). Support is also available in Urdu. These Terms are written in English and the English version is the definitive version for legal purposes.
Currency
All accounts, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on SlotsPKR are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The symbol Rs is used throughout the platform. No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions.
Time Zone
All times on the SlotsPKR platform, including match start times, bonus expiry, and settlement deadlines, are displayed in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5) unless specifically labelled otherwise.
Eligibility Requirements
To register and use a SlotsPKR account, you must meet all of the following conditions. SlotsPKR reserves the right to verify these conditions at any time and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old. SlotsPKR conducts age verification during registration and at withdrawal. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active SlotsPKR account. Multiple accounts — including accounts shared with family members at the same address — are not permitted. SlotsPKR uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method checks to enforce this rule.
- Accurate personal information: All registration details — full name, date of birth, address, CNIC number, and contact information — must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping this information updated.
- Not self-excluded: Players who have completed a self-exclusion request with SlotsPKR or any affiliated platform during the exclusion period are not eligible to register or use a new account.
- Not an employee: Employees, contractors, directors, or family members of SlotsPKR or any associated company are not eligible to hold a betting account or participate in promotions.
Age Verification: SlotsPKR will request a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.
Account Registration and Security
Your SlotsPKR account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, a password, and accurate personal details. SlotsPKR sends a one-time PIN (OTP) to verify your mobile number during registration. Accounts created with temporary or disposable contact details may be suspended pending verification.
You must keep your SlotsPKR password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support@slotspkr.biz immediately. SlotsPKR is not liable for losses resulting from account compromise due to a player sharing or mishandling credentials.
SlotsPKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, involved in bonus abuse, holding duplicate accounts, or where age or identity verification requirements are not met. Where a closure is due to a verified rule violation, any balance associated with that account may be forfeited.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required for all withdrawal requests above Rs 10,000 or when cumulative withdrawals exceed Rs 50,000 within a 30-day period. KYC documents include a valid CNIC (front and back), proof of payment method ownership, and where requested, proof of address. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal limits applied.
Deposits — Payment Methods and Limits
All deposits to your SlotsPKR account must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

SlotsPKR does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are the player's responsibility. The maximum single deposit is Rs 500,000 for standard accounts. Daily deposit limits can be set voluntarily in account settings and take effect immediately when reduced — increases to voluntary limits take 24 hours to activate.
Withdrawals — Conditions and Timelines
Withdrawals from your SlotsPKR account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method availability. This matched withdrawal policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
The minimum withdrawal from a SlotsPKR account is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts. Unverified accounts have a withdrawal limit of Rs 10,000 until KYC is completed.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals process within 5 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers complete within 30 minutes during business hours (9 AM to midnight PKT). Visa/Mastercard withdrawals process within 1–3 business days. Delays beyond these windows should be reported to support.
If your account balance includes funds from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before those bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Deposits made without a bonus attached carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn at any time. The wagering status of your current balance is visible in your account dashboard.
You may cancel a pending withdrawal request from the withdrawal history section of your account dashboard, provided the request has not yet been processed by the payments team. Once a withdrawal is in "processing" status, it cannot be cancelled.
Bonuses and Promotions
SlotsPKR offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL seasonal cashback, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the promotion page, as well as these general bonus rules.

SlotsPKR actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering without genuine risk, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted promotions, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have the bonus and any associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
The SlotsPKR welcome bonus is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered bonus abuse and is covered under clause 6.1.
Tip: You can always check your current bonus status — active wagering requirement, progress, and expiry countdown — from the "My Bonuses" section in your SlotsPKR account dashboard. If a bonus has expired before you've completed the wagering, the bonus funds are removed but your deposited balance is not affected.
Sports Betting Rules
SlotsPKR's sports betting section covers PSL cricket, international cricket, football, virtual sports, and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
A bet is accepted and binding only when SlotsPKR issues a confirmed bet reference number. Bets placed during server errors or connectivity issues on the player's end that do not generate a reference number are not valid. SlotsPKR reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed after an event has started where the result was already known by the player.
Where a price is displayed in error — including obvious pricing mistakes where odds are significantly outside the reasonable market range — SlotsPKR reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and refund stakes. This decision is at SlotsPKR's sole discretion. "Palping" (knowingly exploiting incorrect odds) is covered under Prohibited Conduct, Section 11.
For PSL and cricket markets: if a match is abandoned before the minimum required overs for a result (10 overs per innings under DLS), all bets are voided and stakes refunded. If DLS is applied and an official result is declared, bets settle on the official result. For football: if a match is abandoned after 90 minutes of play, bets settle on the score at the time of abandonment. Postponed matches: if a match is postponed more than 24 hours from its original start time, all bets are voided.
The maximum payout per single sports bet is Rs 500,000 for standard accounts. The maximum accumulator payout is Rs 1,000,000 per bet slip. VIP Elite members can request higher limits. SlotsPKR reserves the right to apply individual maximum win limits on specific markets at its discretion, which will be indicated on the bet slip at the time of placement.
Live In-Play Betting Rules
Live betting on SlotsPKR allows you to place bets on ongoing matches and events. By definition, live betting is more dynamic than pre-match betting and carries additional rules.
Live markets may be temporarily suspended at any point during an event — during wickets, injuries, DRS reviews, rain delays, or other significant moments. If your bet is in a "pending" state when a suspension occurs, it will either confirm or void depending on the outcome of the suspension trigger. SlotsPKR support can clarify the status of any specific pending bet.
Once a live bet is accepted and a reference number is issued, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The cash-out feature, where available, allows voluntary early settlement — but cash-out availability is not guaranteed on every market or at every point in a match.
The live data feed that drives SlotsPKR's in-play odds is sourced from independent data providers. SlotsPKR is not responsible for delays in live score updates caused by the data provider's feed latency. Players who use unofficial score sources (other websites, TV broadcasts) and believe they hold an information advantage over SlotsPKR's feed may have their bets reviewed and potentially voided at SlotsPKR's discretion.
Casino and Live Casino Games
Casino games on SlotsPKR — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by licensed third-party software providers. All games are subject to the provider's game rules in addition to these Terms.
All RNG-based casino games offered by SlotsPKR are sourced from providers whose Random Number Generator has been independently certified by an accredited testing laboratory. Certification ensures that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and free from manipulation by either the platform or the player.
In the event of a verified game malfunction — software error, connection failure, or server crash — any round that was in progress at the time of the malfunction is voided and the stake is refunded to the player. SlotsPKR is not liable for any hypothetical winnings from a round that did not complete successfully.
Live casino games are hosted by professional dealers and follow standard international casino rules for each respective game. In the event of a discrepancy between the visual presentation and the actual result, the officially recorded game data is definitive. For Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, the dealer's decision on procedure questions is final during the session.
Responsible Gaming

Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour reflection period before activation.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum continuous session duration. When the limit is reached, you are logged out automatically. Session reminders appear at intervals you configure in account settings.
Cool-Off Periods
Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account remains active for viewing purposes but no bets or deposits can be placed.
Self-Exclusion
Permanently close your account to all gambling activity for a minimum of 6 months. This cannot be reversed. Contact support to initiate self-exclusion, which takes effect within 24 hours of the request.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on SlotsPKR. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and identity deception: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their consent.
- Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of a predetermined outcome or non-public information about a sporting event.
- Arbitrage and palping: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or placing bets designed solely to profit from arbitrage across platforms without genuine market risk.
- Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets, access the platform, or perform any action that a human player would perform manually.
- Money laundering: Using SlotsPKR as a mechanism to process or conceal funds from illegal sources. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted payment dispute or chargeback against a genuine SlotsPKR transaction. Any account that initiates a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently closed and the amount will be pursued through available legal channels.
Privacy and Data Use
SlotsPKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:
Registration data (name, DOB, CNIC, contact details), transaction history, device information, IP address history, and betting history. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
SlotsPKR does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention systems, and regulatory authorities as required by law. All third-party partners are bound by data processing agreements.
Limitation of Liability
SlotsPKR's liability to you is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profits, or any damage resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform — including downtime, data errors, or third-party provider failures. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
SlotsPKR makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful elements. The platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for the accuracy of live sports data, third-party game outcomes, or payment processing delays caused by banks or mobile wallet providers.
Changes to These Terms
SlotsPKR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, SlotsPKR will notify account holders via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Continued use of SlotsPKR following the notification period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you should close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Closing your account and withdrawing your balance before the effective date constitutes non-acceptance — no penalty applies.
