Step one asks for your full name, Pakistani mobile number (without the leading zero — enter 3001234567, not 03001234567), date of birth, and email address. Step two covers your username and password. Step three is a confirmation of age and agreement to the Terms and Conditions. Once submitted, you'll receive an OTP via SMS to verify your mobile number — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes. Registration is completely free and there is no compulsory deposit requirement to complete it.
SlotsPKR is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Date of birth is a required field during sign-up, and CNIC verification — which also confirms your age — is required before your first withdrawal. Any account found to have been registered by someone under 18 will be permanently closed and any balance returned to the payment method used.
No. Each individual person may hold only one SlotsPKR account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity, mobile number, or CNIC is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are identified using CNIC matching, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing. If duplicate accounts are detected, all but the first registered account will be permanently closed, and any bonus funds across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Different adults in the same household may each hold their own account, provided they are registered under their own details.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. To complete it, log in to your SlotsPKR account, go to Account Settings, and click "Verify Identity." You'll need to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Documents submitted during operating hours (9 AM to midnight PKT) are typically reviewed within 10 to 30 minutes. Outside these hours, verification completes within 2 hours of the next operating period. You only need to complete KYC once — it remains active for the life of your account.
For a forgotten password: go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email address. You'll receive a reset OTP via SMS or a reset link to your email within 60 seconds. Follow the instructions to set a new password. For a forgotten username: contact SlotsPKR live chat with your registered mobile number or email and a support agent will retrieve your username immediately. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number or email, you'll need to provide CNIC-based identity verification to recover the account.
Contact SlotsPKR live chat to request a change to your registered mobile number or email. For security reasons, this cannot be done directly from your account settings without agent assistance. You'll need to verify your identity using your CNIC details before any contact information changes are applied. Processing typically completes within 30 minutes during operating hours. Note that your registered mobile number must remain a valid Pakistani number (+92).
To close your account, contact SlotsPKR support or use the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. If you're closing due to a gambling concern, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion option — it provides a formal exclusion period and prevents you from opening a new account during that time. Account closures are processed within 24 hours of your request being confirmed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your SlotsPKR account and go to Deposit and Withdrawal. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR (minimum Rs 200) and follow the on-screen instructions. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 2 hours. Card deposits are typically instant.
The minimum deposit on SlotsPKR is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum single deposit limit — however, payment methods may have their own daily transaction limits (for example, Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts have network-imposed transaction limits). Standard accounts can deposit up to Rs 500,000 per transaction via bank transfer. If you need to deposit above standard limits, contact support to discuss your options.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the method you've chosen. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically credited within 5–15 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay transfers complete within 10–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take 1–4 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals can take 2–5 working days depending on your issuing bank. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing begins. Most standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 1 hour during operating hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount on SlotsPKR is Rs 500. This applies to all withdrawal methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT, and card withdrawals. There is no fee charged by SlotsPKR on standard withdrawals — however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside SlotsPKR's control. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000,000 (Rs 10 lakh).
First, check your withdrawal status in Account → Withdrawal History. If the status shows "Pending," the request is in queue and will be processed shortly. If the status shows "Processed" but you haven't received the funds, allow an additional 30 minutes for Easypaisa/JazzCash and up to 8 hours for IBFT transfers before contacting support. Delays can occasionally occur due to high-volume processing periods or maintenance windows. If your withdrawal remains unresolved after these timeframes, contact SlotsPKR live chat and provide your transaction reference number — our finance team can trace the payment directly.
SlotsPKR does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Transactions are processed at zero cost from the platform's side. However, your payment provider, mobile wallet, or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are set by the payment networks, not by SlotsPKR, and vary by provider. Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a set multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example: if you receive a Rs 1,000 sports bonus with an 8x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 8,000 total in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Bets on excluded markets (such as very low-odds selections) may not count toward wagering. Your bonus progress tracker in the account dashboard shows your current wagering completion percentage in real time.
No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must first meet the wagering requirement attached to the bonus. Once the wagering requirement is fully met, the bonus converts to real cash that can be withdrawn normally. Your deposited cash is always separately tracked and can be withdrawn at any time (subject to KYC completion), regardless of your bonus status. If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the active bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.

If a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds are forfeited. Your deposited cash balance is not affected. Bonus expiry dates are clearly shown on the bonus progress tracker in your account. SlotsPKR sends an SMS reminder when a bonus is approaching its expiry date, giving you time to complete wagering if you choose to. Extensions are not available, so it's best to be aware of the expiry date before accepting a bonus.
Promo codes can be entered in the optional "Promo Code" field during Step 2 of registration, or in the Promotions section of your account settings when making a qualifying deposit. Enter the code exactly as provided — codes are case-sensitive. The associated bonus will activate automatically once the qualifying conditions are met (usually a minimum deposit amount). Not all SlotsPKR promotions require a promo code — the welcome bonus, for example, activates automatically without one. Check the specific promotion's terms to see if a code is needed.

SlotsPKR displays odds in decimal format by default. Decimal odds tell you directly how much you receive per Rs 1 wagered — including your stake. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a Rs 1,000 bet returns Rs 2,500 (profit of Rs 1,500). To calculate your potential return: multiply your stake by the decimal odds. The minimum single bet on SlotsPKR is Rs 50. The maximum single bet varies by market and event — high-profile PSL matches typically have higher maximum stakes than smaller league games. Maximum stake limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager. For accumulator (parlay) bets, the minimum stake is also Rs 50 with a maximum of 15 selections per accumulator. If you require a higher single-bet limit for a specific market, contact support in advance of the event.
Yes. SlotsPKR offers full and partial cash-out on eligible live markets. When cash-out is available for one of your active bets, a "Cash Out" button appears on that bet in your My Bets section. The offered cash-out amount reflects the current market position of your bet — it may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on how the match is progressing. Cash-out is not available on all markets or at all times — it may be suspended during certain in-play moments.
If a match is officially abandoned or cancelled before reaching the minimum overs or completion threshold required by the relevant governing body, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned to your SlotsPKR account within 24 hours. For matches that are postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, most pre-match bets remain active. For PSL matches specifically, the 5-over rule applies — if at least 5 overs have been completed per innings, the match is considered a valid result and bets stand.
